I wrote this game about 3 years ago when I was fairly new to DBPro. It was one of my best games at the time, but at some point I played with the code to the extent that it stopped running entirely before i got to finish it.

However, last night I found a copy of the working code in a backup file. I've spent the evening going through and removing some of the worst of the bugs, but it's pretty much the same as it was when it was first written. I'm still quite impressed with it, considering how long ago i wrote it, so I've decided to publish it

It is a standard alien shooter. I never got as far as adding a back story or any real polish, however it is actually really quite fun to play still.

There are still a fair few bugs, but I'm not planning to do anything more to this code (unless it's a really easy bug fix), However i may one day re-write it from scratch with proper AI and physics...

I had played it until had pressed Alt+Tab. Returned back, game wasn't want to continue play. Add DISABLE SYSTEM KEYS command to fix this problem. And game was showing a window near this: "... lost object ..." or "... can not find object ...".

DLL's name is "MSVCR71.DLL", not a "msvcP71.dll".

Disable systemkeys does not work probably better to disable the key code instead...
