I waited for a year for this request to even catch light, and it didn't help me. PLEASE OH PLEASE, I need my purchases reset. It would make my life so much easier. The service I've gotten is less than satisfactory, but I can't complain about the software. Now, onto how I was hacked, it wasn't necessarily a hack, as much as someone stealing my info and running my downloads sky high. I know, keep your stuff safe, but he's pretty good at finding things out, and I'd hate to see my money go to waste.

are you sure you don't have too many filters set? I had this issue just yesterday... set your filters to show all...

If I understand what you're trying to convey here, it's that your account was flagged for excessive downloads. Without having additional information, like how many times and from how many IP's your purchases were downloaded, and in how many places on the web they are still available to download, etc, it's difficult to create an informed opinion of your situation. It's good however that you realize that you are responsible for the condition you're in. Good luck.

Brian.

Seems we've been here before.

You were already suggested to contact Support, or email Rick directly. Make sure you put in a subject that is sure NOT to trigger spam filters (such as your subject all in caps). I find it hard to understand how if you emailed him or Support that no response to your situation has been given since the last time.

Well, as mentioned before, support was of no use to me. They supplied no help. Can someone point a moderator or administrator to this post so I can get help?

No one here on the forums will be able to reset your purchases. You will need to contact support or email directly.

GCS has a download limit of 5 times. It also has a handy backup option so you can download the files and back them up on disc for situations such as this. I couldn't find your post from a year ago only the one from January.

I find it very hard to believe that support offered no help. I've contacted them numerous times and had responses in a good amount of time.

How was support unsatisfactory?

Because no one responded to the two emails I sent. And it was an urgent issue. Really really urgent. But, the urgency is gone now, maybe it'll be a little more important to them.
