Your signature has been erased by a mod; it needs to be no larger than 600x120.

Well, I have my cursor active inside a DarkBASIC Pro keyword(with normal settings, keywords are shown in a medium blue) like wait key, if, or, etc. and then go up to Help >> Command Help... This should open another tab inside your IDE. Then click on the open book on the top right, which takes you to the index.

all I want is a list of commands, how to use them, and a example.

Thats it.

Tutorials will show you the how. The DBP help file contains all of the commands, it has them set out into sections, each has a detailed description on what they're used for and has examples of them in use.

For tutorials, there's the Dark Principles, which are now free. Just check out Daniel Foreman's YouTube channel.

Just start from DarkPRINCIPLE #1
http://www.youtube.com/user/dcforemanuk

There's other sets of tutorials out there. There's also some expample projects available packaged with DBPro.
