Hey.

Are there any chances that AppGameKit will ever support bluetooth?

I believe you can using tier 2 and native code but not in tier 1.

Isn't bluetooth outdated, most phones have the ability to create a wifi hotsopt in case you want to use it for multiplayer

Bluetooth is very handy when there isn't a wifi hotspot around.

And it is useful for lots of things, like copying data to/from your local computer.

Cheers,

Sure, but in five minutes you're out of battery. Literally.

I rather want bluetooth for collaborative games. Very popular for android. Also, bluetooth doesn't waste battery as much as creating hotspot does.

Bluetooth can be very efficient. Just think about those little headsets for hands-free... they don't use very much battery.

It would be a great way to have multiplayer games on different devices without needing a wireless network.
