The first thing I see is that your build game screen shot shows 4+ GB of memory being used to build the game. The amount of memory being used is quite high, and you should consider doing some stuff in your level to get that to drop (such as turning dynamic entities static, turning physics off, etc.).

I also noticed you have 2 programs open that are not related to FPSC, and open programs take precious memory that could be used for FPCS during the build. Have you tried closing all non-FPSC programs and then building?

If it gets stuck at the same point everytime, it could be one particular entity causing the problem (I've had this exact same thing happen myself), the only thing you can do is to go through your level, checking all your entities. Time consuming but worth it. Or, like I did, you might have an idea straight away, about which one is causing the problem, in which case, job done!

Other than that, I'd go with Leon Kennedy's suggestion...

with using 4gb of ram, you should definitely split your level into parts. it seems to be an outdoor map, so you can do a small canyon to get a portal into the next area. staying under 1.7gb per map gets best without producing errors in final build.

how the heck you got to 4gb even when the lightmapping just started???^^

the problem was the lightmapquality , in the setup, ini i have lightmapquality=100 then i change it to lightmapquality=50 and now no errors , is there much diference in lightmapquality=50 and 100?
