I am making a few custom animations for the talker characters for general hand gestures while talking.
One problem I have now is when rotating the head. (see video below)
Has anyone else experienced this problem when editing the animations?

actually yes, I've run across this problem before when editing anims in milkshape. sometimes whole limbs grow huge in proportion with just a simple turn, but Iv'e never seen this in game.

I do love the hand gestures! Wow. Makes me want to learn how to animate.

Sorry, though, I don't know whats going on with the thin head business. Maybe he's thin headed. I know, just trying to be funny and it's a groaner.

If your animating the head rotate it might be that you have rotateheadrandom= action in your character script and its conflicting.

If thats not the problem then its your verts assignments for the head thats needing fixed.

Awesome! Its one of those threads.

This is something I have experienced a lot of time. But by using "local rotation" instead of "global rotation" solves this.

I am not sure if that solves Conjured Entertainment's problem touh.

That is not in the script.

I am using the stock Thug Talker, so I think the assignments are ok.
It is probably something I am doing wrong.

That sounds like it could be the problem or something similar.
I'll check the settings carefully and play with them.

Thanks for the comments guys
