I have seen bits and parts here and there and know of a few tricks myself. I want the general public what are some of your tips and tricks to help with framerate.

Yes, I'd say that this is possibly the most crucial thing to remember...

Also watch your portals (transitions between corridors and rooms etc); Don't use long, straight corridors, use turns to block your view into new rooms. Use invisible wall segments to block any windows you have. Try not to have large, open rooms, use smaller ones, or, if you have to have large open ones, block your view into them when approaching them.

go into the script and set postprocessing=1 to postprocessing=0 I've heard that this can jump the frame rate by nearly 65 fps. Never tried it personally but I've heard lots of people say it works.

Mentioned this in another thread but I'm pretty sure if you use cullrange for your entities this may help you out with your framerates as well.

I have done all of this Also I find it makes it go faster if you make all the items that are not part of the map spawn in sections. use triggers to spawn them and such. That even means the doors and switchs ect ect. Made it jump from 10's to 25's then up to 30's
