yes! reverse it in fragmotion and export it again.

I think you can solve it by flipping the X axis.

If something compiles on the first try. Something is terribly wrong.

They are still correct. In Fragmotion select the whole model then select all the bones. rotate them 180 degrees then export. In the characters .fpe you may have to set the x axis to 180 so he will face in the proper direction. The right handle thing in milkshape only controls the left or right handedness. Don't forget also to erase the .bin and .dbo files every time you make a change to the model. Hope that helped.

i tried rotating in fragmotion then in the FPE file i tried a combo of:

fixnewy = 0

rotx = 180 (for some reason turned him upside down) so i

roty = 180

offx = 180

so far nothing works. I do run the cleaner everytime.

If anyone has fragmotion and would run it through to see if it exports correctly, i could e-mail it to you. that way i'll know if i have to re-install fragmo and re-rig the model.

that would be great and i would be very thankful.

didn't re-rig it. I work with Milkshape3d and Fragmotion all the time and I noticed sometimes when you import a model into Fragmotion it gets flipped in milkshape. So all I did was import your ingame.x into Fragmotion Selected bones and mesh and turned it 180 on the Y axis. then exported it as a milkshape file. I then opened it in Milkshape and exported it as a .x and it was oriented correctly. It takes allot of experimentation between the two. Glad it worked for you.
