Hey friends, Bedside here... Again. I was wondering if you guys know what this means? I go to the mapbank and there aren't any log files. Plus, sometimes I'll be hindered in my movement sometimes during test games. It's really weird. O_O It has to do with one of those brick walls. Probably just the wall segment, not the room making tool. It actually doesn't show up when I try and place it. Does anyone have anything?

So I found out it really is the brick wall segment. So now I'm just wondering how to fix it. Reinstalling the pack did nothing. :-(

Are you sure there aren't any log files? There always is when I get that message. I'm so glad this was included into the map editor because it even tells you the path to the object that it was trying to load. The log name is the same as the level name with the extension of .log. It will be in the same folder that your level is.

Nothing. :-( Only level files. I mean, I tracked down the segment, but I don't know where the trouble is. It has all of it's data files, but when I go to lay it on the editor, it's invisible and keeps me immobilized. So, in short, I'm probably not gonna use that segment in the long run. lol

I don't know. I am able to get the log files. Here is one of my log files from the past. The name tasdim3.log The content

MISSING MEDIA:
segments\\CosmicProphet\CountryTime\buildings\MillRoom.fps
entitybank\\barrier\invisible wall\invisiblewall.fpe

It was found in subfolder Doctor_Jeremiah_James within the mapbank folder.

I work with another developer and we send maps back and forth. It is very useful when a log file is created as we know exactly what objects are missing by the log file.

As far as tracking it . . . perhaps you were able to but what is going on from there, I wouldn't have a clue. Especially since you are saying that the log files aren't being generated. Something has to be wrong of which I also have no clue.
