I'm modelling guns in 3ds Max and I want to know how to make them Fps Creator ready. I'm planning on making a pack and releasing it on TGC Forums for free. The only part I don't get is positioning it and making the animations play at certain times when pressing certain keys. Please help!

Mech suits, electric hands, jetpacks, invisibly, and much much more. All on Rising Arms.

well, once you've UV mapped and textured them, give them a gunspec.txt file (hint, copy one from another gun, and change the settings)

positioning is under the hud muzzleflash comment, and the anim data, you'll see frames separated by commas, what you do is change the start and end frames to the ones your gun uses. you can add me on skype if you need me to better walk you through this.

Thanks! I'll try this and post my progress.

EDIT: How do you position it, or know if it's in the right spot?
