hello ok i read the cg textures licenses and rights but i am confused lol sorry to post here i was hoping somebody could answer my question or help me out with past experiance!! ok am i allowed to alter and change the stock textures on cg textures and make a model pack of walls and floors? can this pack be sold legally if i alter or change the textures used on cgtextures? what i mean by altering is changing the saturation ,color, adding damage decals and so on!

The main thing is you can't just download the texture and sell it by itself or in a 'texture pack'. However you can download a texture, apply it to a model and sell the model with the texture applied to it. They purposely do not give you correct sizes for that reason. Even re-sizing the texture to 512x512 or 1024x1024 is considered altering the texture and making it usable in a game, but you must apply it to a model. Otherwise there would be tons of people making 'texture packs' off of their hard work. Hope that helps.
