Ive had darkbasic pro for a few years now and I've never updated before until now but when i tried i get a message repeatedly popping up saying: "There was a problem writing the keyboard cache file, ensure that editor resides has write permissions." Now every time i try to run a code it says "Command in DLL command-table duplicated" although after clicking ok the code will run. If any one could help me that would be great thanks.

I think you should try to re-install DBP. Try this:

1. Backup this folder: C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic Professional\Compiler\certificates - that's your license
2. Backup your projects if there are any
3. Uninstall DBP
4. Delete folder C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Software
5. Use CCleaner to clean registry and temp folder (ccleaner.com, free)
6. Install DBP, plugins, restore certificates folder and projects.
