The second screenshot looks like its a prison. Looks pretty realistic, but might I suggest dirtying up the textures a bit to make it look much more authentic?
Also scale up the lights a bit more. I think I can see a lightsource but honestly, a small lightsource such as that can not emit so much light.
Also try more than one level ceilings. Instead go with 1.5 or 2 segment ceilings for a firing range at least.
Other than that, I won't be able to comment on anything else, practically because I have no idea where this is taking place and what has happened.
