I have submitted 2 different inqueries.. one about my account and 1 about a purchase I was thinking of making wednesday night, yet when I look at the tracking, the numbers in the que seem to be going up and not down, with no word for the last few days. Is there a lack of support with the programs or did I just hit them at a bad time?

And this is not a thread to gripe, I was just curious about the actual support of TGC. I plan on investing quite a bit of money over the next couple of months and would like to know how good they are about responding to issues.

I have spent a lot of money on DBP and various addons, model packs and utils over the last couple of years, so I feel qualified to answer.

Problems have been resolved quickly, usually within a day. I have had some strange requests, i.e. changing my username when my old website went belly up, model packs that did weird things. I have always had my problems looked at and resolved quickly.

Some people are impatient and expect a solution within an hour and you see many such complaints in the forum, i.e. "I paid for XYZ over an hour ago and it won't let me download it already" type complaints, but from an intelligent adult's point of view I have found them to be as reponsive as any good company and always willing to help resolve issues and problems.

Hope my "opinion" helps.

I have always had positive dealings with TGC.
I've had somewhere around 40 orders through them and all have been easy and fair.
my orders are approved promptly(I always buy on weeknights and it comes through within the hour)
correspondence has always been prompt and to the point.

to be honest, i cant think of another company off the top of my head I have as much faith in or praise for.

then there is the user base in the forums which is a bottomless well of knowledge and support.

Sometimes I like to use words out of contents

I appreciate both of your replies!

@Marabas - Ya I see the impatience issue on many forums and can agree. The time I posted this, I had been waiting a couple of days on 2 open tickets and no reply. One of them, about product info, was answered this morning even though it was the second one submitted. The other one, issues with my account, is yet unresolves. Though it seems the wait has jumped down from 34 to 13 at the time of this post, so I do have hope.

@Kezzla - Thanks for your choice of words! There are a few companies I deal with that I have that much faith in. I am hoping that TGC is one of them. I have owned T.ed for years and have not used it much. However, I am going to be purchasing DBPro, and FPS creator with a bunch of additions over the next few paychecks. I think its great to have a company that offers everything I need right at my fingertips, even though it does cost me money (No more than my ex-wife did I am sure)!

Normally it is good support. I'm actually waiting on a reply as well.

All my correspondence was with Rick, so I assume he's on his own on this so it's only natural that there are some delays once in a while.
