Is there a number for lying down on the characters back? I would like some dead soldiers in my game.

there should be an explained stock-animation-list somewhere within some stock-fpe, scifi-AI unarmed/talker, aiko or ww2-thug, as far as i remember.

there is also one in ched80´s script syntax list, page 162.

There is also an animation list in the FPSC Manual found in the docs folder, its easy to find and is a necessary read.

Awesome! Its one of those threads.

I found the list but doesn't give a number for laying down. Anybody know which one is close to lying down?

At the end of the die anims.
I cant remember the anim frames offhand but for example if die fallback were frames 100,150 and the anim number were 46, your fpe might look like this:

;animationinfo
animmax = 100
anim46 = 149,150

Simply play the number 46 anim after changing the frames.
Remove the ischaracter info.
Use a simple animate script.
Backup your original fpe

Awesome! Its one of those threads.

That's working except the character is white and I would like the character to be laying flat. I don't want to knock it down.

search for a getup-animation and play only the first frame within an appear-script and default.fpi as mainscript. if its about a corpse (/character wont act in any form) i would suggest you build a non-animated model to save performance. look for 3d-tutorials around here for this.
