Snack Throw
The combination of speed and snack angle is a bit awkward.

If he's gonna just pitch the snack at him it should be faster. Otherwise you should arc it a bit and still tweak the speed a bit.

Background
There's no background, probably should point that out although this may be intentional for the demonstration. Would be bad if it's left that way.

The Table
The lighting on the table is horrible. Now I'm not going to be picky but it looks way to illuminated compared to the characters (which look great at this distance). A simple bump mapping shader would make it pop, although this is a simple scene and the full game might be more difficult to work it in. Even moving/adjusting the light in the scene could help at minimum.

Animations
Both the player and the monster look too static. The players feet don't move during the pitch. He should have a more cartoonish movement about him. In general the player should be bouncing and hopping around in place a little. I think that would improve the character a bit. The monster should appear more menacing. He should have a little more foot work and shift around a little bit but more importantly put on a fierce display of some sort before and after receiving the snack. Like a bear or some other sort of large predator would do. Although its important to not make his animation appear to repetitive, so there should be a variety of animations.

@Mage

Snack Throw
I will work on this thanks

Background
This is just to show what it will look like in game,when it plays,it will be all around the scean in game,i hope.

The Table
The table is just a fast hight placement in 3ds max so I know where the player should be in hight,the table wont be in game,well,it will be,as a static object.

Animations
I am going to redo all of them,after what you said,I see alot of problems,not that they where done,but,I think a diffrent approch is needed.

Thank you
