i'm new to the fps creator scene here and i've recently decided to purchase the software along with some extra model packs to play around with while i'm not at school studying game design. some packs i have purchased though state that they need to be run on FPSC X9. is there a difference between the version for sale on the homepage and X9? if so where can i find X9 or update my current FPSC? i have not received the creator and packs in the mail yet so i have no idea if everything will work out. Thanks!

Hello not danny wegman,

First of all, welcome to the forum of the TGC.

People here often call the FPS Creator software, FPSC or FPSC X9; therefore, both are equal. However, when they want to refer to FPS Creator X10(version already abandoned by the TGC staff at this moment) they write FPSC X10. The X10 is because that software uses the DirectX 10 instead Directx 09 used by FPSC X9.

In other words, FPSC and FPSC X9 are one and the same.

SPECS: Intel Corei7 3770k, Nvidia GTX680, 16GB RAM, Win7 Pro

Also, the model packs are not sent to you physically, you download them once they've been confirmed.
