What's your question exactly?

Why do you have "delete$" in your thread title and "Delete" in your code?

Printing spaces gets rid of printed text in most cases. It's a quick fix anyway.

where did you get the delete command from. I only know one delete command in styx library:

result$ = Delete$(source_string$, start_from_pos, no_of_letters)
