Everytime i try to play with my friend, the one that isn't the host get the message waiting to join..., and nothing happens, the host can play but the other one can't, what i should do?

There is a very good chance that this is a firewall problem on one end or the other. I would first try to make and exception for the program in BOTH of your firewalls. If that does not work, try turning your firewall off as a test... if that works, then you know where the problem lies.

I've done this (the game asks when it stars) and still the same

Ok.. so you tried adding the exception.. you can try just turning your firewall off (Remember to have your friend try the same). Also, if you are running under windows vista or windows 7, you should run the program as an admin

Did you and your friend both try shutting down your firewall?
