Dark GDK / [DarkGDK 2.0] dbSetShadowShadingOn shows weird effects

trying to use it but it shows shadows but
it also shows tiny shadows of the objects as i move with the camera
so each object shows 2 shadows
one correct and one tiny that moves along the camera view..

weird!

be sure to squeze your eyes cause they are tiny i'll try to make a hd video so it would be aviable to view in a video , why video ?
cause these mini shadows move along with the camera.

I don't know much about shadowing, but it looks like you have something there. I can see the "tiny" shadows, but I don't see the normal shadows. Why are you trying to make shadows in this game anyway? It looks great without them.

I don't think you need shadows as well. They don't look good and will only slow it down. I suggest you use BLOB shadows instead.

Many games use them. Essentially it's just a flat object textured with a "blurred circle" that follows the object.

Leadwerks, Unity and many other engines have them. DarkGDK is in a tad different category, I see it more like a wrapper for DirectX instead of a game engine (like UDK for example).

aha i see well thats pretty simple to accomplish but i still want to check real time shadow for the towers since they are pretty tall and can make a huge visual diffrence!

please , any suggestions?
