DarkBASIC Professional Discussion / Fog doesn't work with my map model

Hi, I tried to add fog in my project but it ignore my map model but it works with characters.

Can you tell me if I made an error or if I forgot something please ?

I did a quick search of the forums and came up with the following answer from when the same question was asked before.

Quote: "Fog is rendered by the FVF functions in Direct X automatically, but if you use a shader (which does not use the FVF method), the shader must implement the steps neccessary to create fog itself, or the fog will have no effect.

It's not a bug.. it's intended behaviour, and it's not exclusive to DarkBasic."

No worries!

If you're using shaders, maybe take a look at some of the shader based implementations of fog, such as the one made by Green Gandalf.
