AppGameKit Classic Chat / Big Textures - AGK is resizing in half

For various reasons I have a texture 700 by 1050.

As soon as I load this texture on iPhone, AppGameKit resizes this in half, as anything bigger than 1024 is handled this way.

I have tried using SetResolutionMode to 1, but it does not work.

Is there any other command to keep my texture 700 x 1050 without AppGameKit resizing it in half?

I could split the texture in half, but this is obviously much more work (I have multiple textures)

Just did a SetSpriteSize to 700 by 1050 and AppGameKit restored the texture size!

Works on iPhone 3gs.

Will test on Android as soon as I get the 1076 templates to work!
