Hello

Is there a ready made game built with only prefabs for use in a game?

I am looking for a ready made platforms or rooms designed already, so that I dont have to do it my self, Just put enemies and done.

Please tell me where I can get one.

The gamecreators website, I purchased many modules and prefabs, I thought that I was getting a ready rooms as shown in video, but unfortunately only some bits of prefabs to do it my self.

Can I at least get a copy of the demo script, so that I modify and practice with.

Thanks

There are some prefab rooms created already in the full version of FPSC. Other than those everything is modular and you have to put time into building your levels. The way it sounds '3d gamemaker' seems more your speed.

First of all, prefabs are segments only which means walls/stairs/doors/windows, you'd still have to put lights and furniture in yourself.

Maps are the complete ones, including everything.

The catch is, that other people can only use prefabs if every single segment, mesh and texture is in exactly the same folder as with the one who created the prefabs. This is rarely the case and for maps including entities as well it's even worse. It would work with prefabs made from single Model Packs but most people mix MP, stock media and free stuff in their maps.

Besides I think that level design is THE most fun part of FPSC, I wouldn't miss it

you can build and save prefabs on your own to use it on different maps, but as said only segments are saved in a prefab. how to build and save > manual.
