You can edit the damage the weapon itself does, or there's a field when you right-click the enemy in the editor to decrease the rate of fire.

You understand me wrong.... I want to know where I can decrease or increase the damage of the enemy that means how much HP I lose at his attack NOT the rate of fire !!!

That will make them deal less damage in a certain span of time. And like I said, you can also change the damage a weapon does.

There's just a problem the enemy attacks with melee fists and it's there impossible to change his damage like your way...

Hm... not sure I can help you on that one. Never used melee enemies when I used FPSC.
