RPG Mod is a good one for enhanced gameplay and I believe ched80 has a pretty nice third person feature in the works.
I think the graphics quality would depend on the media you use.
and theres LR Mod, which I don't know much about except for improvements to lighting.

RPG Mod allows you to create a more inmersive atmosphere, including several hundreds of new possibilities achievable trough scripts. LR Mod is not released, and will, unfortunately and most likely, never be released. Project Blue is no longer updated, I believe, though I could be wrong, if not, just search. You also have Wasp Mod, implemented in v1.19.

@soit

You can create quality games with FPS Creator without any mods.

Level design, gameplay, balance and story are still the features that make or break a game. If you are good at those, you need no "extras" to get your recognition amongst modders and bedroom-developers

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

I would suggest asking in the thread or emailing the creator/s.

If you post your issue(s) in the RPG Mod thread, I'm certain you will get a reply. Ched is most likely very busy or could be on holidays. He is very reliable on getting back to people for help with the mod.

I'm certain it will get responded to. You have to remember that developers have a lot on their plate. I know Ched does other work besides just RPG Mod development.

Most of the mods that have been developed require the FPSC-Game.exe copied over to where your original FPSC-Game.exe is located. **Be certain to make a backup of your original FPSC-Game.exe first**. Other mods (like RPG Mod) have some key files that need to be placed in a specific location and configured according (example- rpg_setup.fpi, etc).

In the first post by Ched in the RPG Mod thread, there is a "download" button that contains the RPG Mod manual. If you have not grabbed it, I suggest you do so. RPG Mod is not exactly a "plug-and-play" mod (no offense Ched). It will require you to know the scripting side and be able to setup the key files that RPG Mod uses. I used the older version of RPG Mod and know that some of the "issues" are simply incorrect script syntax. I do not use the latest version, so I am not too sure what has changed from the version I last used.

If you need more one-on-one help, here is a suggestion. Why not email Ched. Where his post is in the RPG Mod thread is an email button. You might get a quicker response. Also when you are outlining your issue, try to be more descriptive in the error. For example:

* Copied the FPSC-Game.exe to the location required
* Copied the required files to their location
* Edited the RPG Mod fpi files
* Ensured I am pointing to the proper folder that RPG Mod requires
* Created a level and ran a test.
* My error came up before test compile started/finished

In other words, "paint a picture" so that those of us familiar with the mod (including the developer of the mod) get an understanding.

No offence taken at all BF (it took me awhile to get me head around RPGmod in the first place) - cheers for helping out.

Soit I will get to you, but real-life is taking over at the moment. I am aware of the issues people are having with installing the mod - I want to post a "how to install" vid at the weekend.
