For Segments

Are we allowed to create textures and write an FPS file that references stock .X walls (ww2 + scifi) and sell just the textures and the FPS files? Even though a stock X is referenced in the FPS?

if it references it its fine as long as you don't distribute the fpsc file. There are tons of model packs out there not made y official TGC artist that reference the 'common' floor model. This model is not included in the packs, just refernced in the .FPE

I asked TGC for permission to reference stock models before (long ago) and they allowed me to do this.
At the time, I was using the program 'Signs' to compile room segments which uses stock models for re-texturing.
