I hope i'm not being annoying, but i have searched for a solution to this problem and i can't... simply put, no one has a straight answer. I did follow one solution where i would install it on my administrator account, but that didn't work either. It just keeps stopping a few % in and says it can't access the (TCGonline.exe) file. I installed it before by ignoring this, but then i can't activate my program. nothing runs when i code something in. Thanks.

have you tried re-downloading the installer and reinstalling?
the site download works for me.

also have you tried updating dark basic pro and the editor?

what windows are you running?

Looks like DX9.0c is also not installed...

A little more information of what product[s] you have purchased, and what exact installer you are using...

Did you buy the bonanza pack or not?

Also do as Kezzla has mentioned sometimes connections can help you miss out on whole data packets...

I have purchased the bonanza pack and had downloaded all of the programs that i had in my list. I run windows 7. I have downloaded it many times, but still no luck. i do have dx9.0 i have all the version of dx. I would also like to know if there is a disk that it comes on? thanks for the help.

Did you not give your address during payment? they ship out a DVD to you...

Go >here< to download the DirectX version that comes on the DVD... and install it...

it should help with the running and exporting creation of your apps...

abd this U77RC7 should also be installed if not already...

for new users it should suffice until the next full release is released... I use it myself so no issues really so far for basics usage...
