DLL Talk / Calling a custom DBP function from a DLL?

It must be possible some way.

What I'm after is to be able to add my own event handlers directly in DBP. Something along the lines of:

+ Code Snippet

FUNCTION myeventhandler( eventtype as integer, eventcode as integer )
    retval as integer

    select eventtype
    ` etc
    endselect

ENDFUNCTION retval

It's probably something I've missed but how to I pass the run time address of this function to a plugin to use and is the DBP function okay to receive parameters just like any other C/C++ function?

Mental arithmetic? Me? (That's for computers) I can't subtract a fart from a plate of beans!
