Can you put 3+ Multiplayer maps to make a whole game if so how?

Currently FPSC only supports 1 map for multiplayer and 50 maps for singleplayer, it might be possible to change this with a mod though.

There used to be a few programs that would pack several of them together and launch them on demand, but as far as I know it isn't possible to compile them into a single executable inside FPSC.

Like above a mod or launcher,

if your good with scripting you could use my s812 mod wich allows you to launch executables.
Havent tried it with just multiplayer but I have created a single player, multiplayer custom titlepage.fpi

I think mabe the new RPG Mod has the commands as well.
and I think Flatlander had one also.

I think that they should be in FPSC anyway because it opens up more development opportunities.

Take a look at FPSC-IP.

That allows you to add as many levels as you want.
