Hello,

First of all, I can only hope I hit the right forum (the support button under my profile here sent me to the forum (or videos which did not help)). I have some pre-purchased stuff disappeared problem. I need some technical, non SOS help from tgc personel, as I see they read this forum.

Once in a galaxy far-far away (maybe in 2010) I bought the Game Build Upgrade (2000 points, price hasn't change since) and many other stuff in the FPSC Store. Now... my oldest son got up with the idea he'd use it (he used a while back then, but he was too young I think).

I installed the FPSC Free, got into the store, and found nothing that were bought by me (the GBUpgrade is the most painful, but as I remember I spent at least another 2000 points or more to this and that).

Whom should I ask about it? (I do not want to be too annoying though) (you might need my e-mail adress for this, please contact me in PM, I send you the e-mail there (or as a forum admin, you might see this from my profile, as well)

Go to your forum profile (top right of page if your logged in) and click on 'general tab', at top right of this page you will see 'my account' your order history can be found in here.

Of course you may have used different e-mail/forum name for your orders if so you should use this account to log in.

Yes, I just did that. It is not there. That's why I am nagging the support people .

There are all my purchases from 2011, but nothing is before that time. That's why I am asking. There might be other reasons (caused by me, I am not blaming anybody else except myself), like I might used a different e-mail for that purchase! For which I do not remember. For straighten these I really need an in-house guy to help me, for whom I could send my suspected e-mails (4-5 addresses) I might used to buy the stuff (with purchase data, like credit card info, adress of mine etc.). Then, they could reset my password (because I guess I won't remember that too....)

Ask TGC and tell them the email you used to purchase the points.

I wasn't able to find any official support e-mail. Support link leads to this forum...

I think your clicking on the AUP link below the Support link, it takes me to support form with no problems. Understandable really since they are so close to each other.
Its not too clear and causes a lot of issues for people trying to find it, it really should be more prominent.
Personally I would have made it a tab at top of the Home page that's where most folks would look for it, but I guess they have their reasons....



TGC do not work weekends so wait till Monday for them to get it.
