I too it a must but I hope they allow it to work for immobile entities. also fix that dynamic lights bleed through segments.
things like this need to be our main concerns.

more than what meets the eye

Answered.

It would be good to have interaction with vehicles; improved AI, so that the characters don't remain standing and "statue-like" when we shoot at them. And of course, make sure there won't be so many glitches.

Here, there and everywhere.

Filled it out.

It'd have been nice to have a comment box there too, here's some ideas that I think would make a great FPSC 2

Free engine, Free basic editor, Free basic content (Pay for Pro version)

Content packs (lots of themed content packs - this is where most projects struggle)

Written using a multi-platform engine (PC & MAC, pro version would do IOS & ANDRIOD - unity springs to mind, not a massive fan but easy to get something up and running quickly)

Everything should be accessible through a popular full featured scripting language (AS3 brought a lot of neat tricks to flash)

I had to abandon using FPSC because of limitations for the mini games I wanted to build, but there's a definite gap in the market for a straightforward, affordable game creator with lots of good 3d models and content!

Good luck!!!

Because of what could be unnecessary pressures toward a particular feature I hope TGC doesn't make any festinate decisions.

I'm not referring to any particular post here; especially by LivesInABox since he posted prior to my comment.

If ya add thirdperson mode then I think the FPSC2 engine should be remaned to GameShooterCreator or something like that.

I would totally put money towards this as long as I knew what was guaranteed to come. Big picture here; a community backed game creation toolkit has been much needed by both TGC as well as its community. I look forward to see where this goes.
