The decals are placed in the editor. That way the torch entity can be static and has nice shadows. But i changed the decal model to make placement easier (or even possible).

Btw: the parameter "camera z shift" does not change anything for me. How i understood the manual it should move the decal around its origin in direction of the camera. Or am i wrong?
