Xeno physics really isn't in development, and I believe the last versions are just broken. If you're looking for solutions for physics, there are a few that I have used. I'd recommend Newton although it is a little complex - You can get it at http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=154086&b=5.
