I want FPS Creator, I bought it two days ago, the payment is still waiting.... This more than the 24 hours stated.

I cannot believe this is how you deal with your payments, I understand the threat from spam and fraud but I'm basically waving money in your face and there seems to be no one willing to take it.

Its now the weekend, I "purchased" FPS creator two days ago, fair enough the first day was a late payment in the UK but more than 24 hours have passed in the US.

You must have lost a lot of business this way as I am quite interested in getting this and even I am thinking about cancelling.

Can some one get back to me ?

Also no phone contact is not really acceptable when the other ways of contacting you take over 48 hours.

I'm afraid I don't know the details of your account and I'm sorry you are experiencing a problem. Please note that The Game Creators 'do not' work at the weekends.

I thought I would point this out because its likely to take a few more days but I would still check your 'Order History' on your Profile page over the weekend just in case.

Good luck with your purchase and I'm sure that when you get it you won't look back.

I don't know why TGC doesn't update their ordering/delivery system and get with the times. To me it's a very unnecessary problem but I guess I'm not seeing their whole situation.
