Hi all, using Evolved's advanced lighting setup, I've run into a problem when having Bloom Flare enabled. I can't seem to adjust just how much flare I get, so areas of the screen that are lighter than other areas end up flaring out HUGELY with no way to drop it down.

Any ideas?

From my analysis of it, it seems to be based around a horizontal bloom value and a vertical one, but trying to manually commandeer these values has led to nasty glitches... Theoretically one would think that if it's based off values, that adjusting those values would adjust the amount of bloom.

well ,bloom effect is usualy done in 2 steps:
1. tone all the colors down, except the most bright colors
2. blur verticaly and horizontaly

Now, you have to figure out where is the fx code for the first part and change it so the colors are toned down more

I'm using the his HDR Shader, and it has values for brightness and blur intensity.

Hope that helps.

Oooh. That sounds good. Do you know where I can find that? I can't see it on his site.
