hey guys.

i have recently downloaded the fpsf pro hud pack #3 and the picture attached will show you what i mean when i say what went wrong with the instructions??

the instructions say i should do this.
Quote: "Lives Image - Grey Trek HUD Applied
Y = 86
Health Numeric - Apply Grey Trek Numeric
X = 14
Y = 83.5
Ammo Numeric - Apply Grey Trek Numeric
X = 12
Y = 92"

but this does what the image attached shows any help i really need this

Hi gozzy1999
First off it looks like your missing the "LIVES" X=coordinates.
Also from your picture your new hud has both Health and Ammo, so your going to need to remove any reference to the original "Health" hud.
Grab a copy of the Official FPSC Guide,read page 34 on custom HUD's.

Your going to need to change your setuplevel.fpi,make a backup copy
first.
You can also do this by going in the Editor to
File/Build Game/Level Settings/Global Script,then edit.

@ A dude, good quick tut

gozzy1999, it should work just fine. One thing though, I found that one must always have to hit "Enter" for any new changes to take effect in the setup wizard. Also,use the preview button
to quickly see any changes made and make adjustments as needed.

hey i got thjis same problem but i fixed this...that's how did it...

1.enter the 1st coordinate as in instructions
2.click on the empty space above the preview button just to vanish the blinking typing cursor in the text box..
3.enter 2nd coordinate
4.click on an empty space..
5.enter
5.click

preview....

tell me if that works..
