Ahem, for what is probably my first post in a few long months, I
bring to you a little song entitled write in C. For those of you who don't like C, insert your favorite programming language at every instance of C (*hint* DB */hint*)
lol, poor newbies (and forgetful oldbies) who don't know who I am/was-long-ago are probably going to think I'm some psyco... they're probably write. Here it goes (imagine a slightly off key melody accompanying a largly off key soloist.) (I'm sure you can guess the tune)

When I find my code in tons of trouble,
Friends and colleagues come to me,
Speaking words of wisdom:
"Write in C."

As the deadline fast approaches,
And bugs are all that I can see,
Somewhere, someone whispers:
"Write in C."

LOGO's dead and buried,

I used to write a lot of FORTRAN,
For science it worked flawlessly.
Try using it for graphics!

If you've just spent nearly 30 hours,
Debugging some assembly,

BASIC's not the answer.
