Does the ad refresh itself every x seconds?

Ex: Every 30 seconds, it'll show a new ads.

Is it better to create the ad once before the main loop or create an ad every new stage?

I don't know if it refreshes.

But, if you want to create it every round, you must delete the old one every round first.

Any idea how often that is?

It would be nice if we were able to change the amount of time between a refresh of the ad. Some instances a refresh may not be needed for minutes, while other instances you may want a refresh every 30 seconds.

I think we should also be able to hide the advert, especially if there is auto-refresh. It's kind of painful to see ads take a few seconds to load when called on... and the user takes less time than that to skip them.

Inneractive ads refresh every 2 minutes, AdMob ads refresh when they feel like it. Both can be forced to refresh with RequestAdvertRefresh() although they may decide to keep displaying the same ad.
