There are locks on my project folders...Where do they come from and how do I get rid of them? My project won't finish compiling. Is that why?

I'm not sure what you mean by lock but you can always go to your program files folder. right click on the game creators folder, left click on properties on the drop down menu. click on the security tab at the top. click the edit option on the right of change permissions. under group or users click on the user group. then go down and change it to full control under allow then click apply click ok click ok and then try compiling. it should work. hope this helps

Oh, I figured it out.

I just needed to install the Game-Creators folder directly on my desktop.

Now everything is normal and o.k.

It must be this new Windows 7 system computer that I got.

Thanks.
