I downloaded DB pro last night to experiment with it. But I never had this problem before with DB pro before...

I put in some of my old projects, but then I noticed there are little brown locks on the left bottom corner of those newly created project folders, and the projects only compile and run in 'De-Bug' mode.

Where-as the example projects do not have brown locks on there folders. They execute but only after I close them, they also execute only in DE-bug mode.

So I don't know where the brown locks come from, or why I encounter this set of problems. I tried reconfiguring my DEP (data execution prevention settings), but that didn't help either.

I noticed that '7-zip' was installed on my computer and so I removed that, but that didn't help either.

Any clues? Any one?

Oh wow, I fixed it.

I just needed to install the 'Game-Creators' folder directly onto my desk-top.

Now everything works normal.

It must be this new 'Windows-7' system I am using. Some security thing.

Thanks,
