this hasnt happened before. today's different tho.

things that are far away are semi transparent. for example, my evening skybox is purple and blue now. my night skybox barely shows up at all (maybe darker colors are more transparent). a box that was very far away had the skybox texture bleed thru it. when i went closer it was normal again. it only does this if its very far away. i have no clue how to fix it and nothing ive tried has changed it.
if u can help, thanks
chris

i tried it on both the skybox and the terrain object (of which the big box i was talking about is a part of)

Possible problems I can think of are: fogging; lighting; specular lighting; ghosting.

God created the world in 7 days, but we're still waiting for the patch.

wow im an idiot

i thought i was ghosting one of my ocean layers but number 6 turned out to be the skybox object

i havent replaced all my object numbers to constant variables for easier coding.. maybe i should do that now..
