Have tryed to load wav, and mp3 files, they load but will not play. I know the sounds work because I can play them with other software.

Is there any kind of sound driver and link to the sound card (realtek) for DB Pro?

Thanks

Without confirming the file formats... I think...

Is the file In the same folder as the exe¿

If so try putting .\ in front of the filename...

hmm..

why 2x _ in the file name?

Quote: ""1280 _ _ plagasul _ _ arpeggio5lop.wav",1"

I expanded your code above to show there being 2 underscores...

What bit format is your WAV file? 16? 32?

what error message are you getting?

i used your code to load one of my own wave files. with an added do loop it played it no worries.

as Mr Valentine is telling you, without actually showing us your code we cannot help you solve the problem.

try this code

put your file path in there and see if it works. It works for me.
