I was wondering if it would be possible to make there be an extra flag on the end of the sprite command(s) which would turn on or off the forced draw of the sprite until the sync.

What forced draw? Sprites already only draw on the sync

you sure? Seems to me that whenever I stretch a sprite or not it forces the sync.

I have manual syncs in whenever I work with them. But both positioning the sprite and stretching it occurs before the sync. And it jitters around as though being stretched then moved.
