err... because that isn't a function native to DBP?

Where did you get that function from? As far as I can see, the only command with "3ds" in it is "load 3dsound"

Can I ask you a Question?
What is it?
It's an interrogative form of sentence, used to test knowledge. But that's not important right now.

Thats a hidden command in DBC. It should work in DBPro because if you just type '3ds2x' It says that '3ds2x doesn not follow paremeters '3ds2x filename$,filename$'

Or somthing to that effect.

Unfortunatley they took that command out of DBP. I don't know why I've been trying to get an answer as well. It works in DBC though. I have a utitility written in DBC that does the work however which I can send you...

With all things in life - try hard. Success does not come with meeting the minimum requirements.

Well, When I tried to install Clasic it had an error and I cant run it so I'll just reinstall it.

Why did they take it out? It's so useful

They didn't take it out, they never implemented it-- Pro was built from scratch, not built over Classic.
