Here's a solution that should work:
[for XP]
browse to the following folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
(your windows installation folder may of course vary)

You should have a file called HOSTS (no extension) there. Open it up in notepad and add this line at the end of the file:
66.246.55.250 www.dannywartnaby.co.uk

if you don't have a file called HOSTS, you can also make it. Make a simple text file in notepad, add that file, and save. Then just rename the file to HOSTS (without extension) and it should start working.

[for other OS's]
Try searching your windows installation for the HOSTS file, it may reside in different locations. (like directly in Windows\ folder or System32)

it's been there for the whole time!
I mean, I've had absolutely no problems with it. Not during the times it's been said to be down... or otherwise. (and trust me, I'm usually there 24/7. Not just today.) I believe it's more of a connection/net problem in the middle there somewhere. (between your computer and danny's site) ... especially the DNS seems to be messed up.
