ok so I updated my FPS Creator to the latest and I went back to check my game. Then all of the sudden, this happened to the water effects that's included in the Metro Theater Pack.

You need to put the full shaders back on in FPSC because it resets when you install a new version.

Got to File/ Preference in the editor and click full shaders.

Whats the spec of your machine ?

If they pretty low spec turn the postshaders off in the setup.ini.

Change postprocessing=1 to postprocessing=0 with fpsc closed and save the ini.
