Hi all,

For those of us using USB headphones, when we insert them we're effectively changing our sound card. But when that happens, only some sounds will play inside my DBPro game. The music can still be heard, but only about 10% of sounds will play. Is there some way to re-initialise what sound driver is being used by the game? Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Does that happen Before or During your game is running?

By this I mean, did you plug in your USB headphones Before launching your game, or while it is running?

If the latter [while] Then restart your game, and ensure you have the latest drivers, and have the appropriate settings in the Sound Control Panel...

Hope this helps...

If it is While, you could attempt to reinitialise the sound card for the game... But after some digging, I have failed to come up with anything... Let us know what scenario you are experiencing this with...

Yes, sorry for not clarifying. It's only when done WHILE the game is running.

From a technical standpoint it kind of makes sense that would happen, but I've never had it happen with any professional games, so I figure they must have some way of handling it
