I believe it is but he is an extremely busy person. He might pick and choose what he wants to respond to right now. Not meaning he is being mean but just as to choose his time wisely. It is also possible he has only a select few that will make it into his inbox. I believe he will be helping out with Reloaded so it wold be those he would want to prioritize.

If you have a particular problem with one of his models I would post it in the appropriate forum. I know he checks in for a look at times. If it is an issue with something like that I'm sure he will respond. He might eventually see this thread as well.

THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why. For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.
