I know I can make one in milkshape or blender, I am not sure how big to make it. I have played around with Firma and made a few segments. You can make floor segments but not ceiling segments.

Does anyone know what size to make a ceiling segment or if there is a program like firma that will make them/

Ceiling segments are the same size as floor segments. Just set them a bit lower so that they don't interfere with the floor above. My suggestion is to use a gantry floor .fps as a base for your ceiling. This way it does not interfere with the floor segment. Hope that helps.
