I moved around the agk files and directory from the standard VS2010 location (I know, that's my first problem, right?). I figured I could just go into the project settings and re-set all of the directories, however, the compiler cannot find windows.h anywhere, and I'm stumped.

Where is windows.h supposed to be? I've done a search on my hard drive, and have only found it in projects that have nothing to do with AGK.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Okay, so I found a Windows.h, but no lower case w, my search was only looking in one directory.

My guess is that the compiler is not finding AGKWindows.lib

If someone can confirm this for me, that would help

Just to update this more, the compiler cannot find any of the standard libraries. The compiler cannot find <string> or time.h either

Further updates (hoping at some point someone will, say, "OH! This what you've done wrong!):

I'm not using the beta, I'm using 1.076

Try uninstalling and reinstalling and see if it works BEFORE you start moving directories around.

Uninstalling and reinstalling what? Visual Studio? AppGameKit?

It was working BEFORE I started moving directories around.

I meant reinstalling AppGameKit, since that was the one whose directories you moved about.

But, if you found a solution, no problems.

Naturally, if you want to use things like strings, you need to include the correct headers.
